15‑Day Size‑Exchange Policy We support size exchange within 15 days after customers receive the parcel. Buyers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees for size‑exchange service. Items must remain unused, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached. Damaged, worn‑out or laundered goods will not be accepted for exchange.
