Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days after customers receive the package. All returned hanfu products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept with original tags and packaging.
Custom-sized, customized and specially tailored hanfu are non-refundable unless quality defects occur.
Return Instructions
Please contact our customer support before returning any products. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is wrong, damaged or defective.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment account. Bank arrival time depends on your local financial institution.
Damaged & Defective Products
If you receive broken, defective or incorrect hanfu items, please take clear photos within 7 days after delivery. We provide refund, replacement or partial compensation according to actual situations.
Partial Refund Rules
We reserve the right to provide partial refunds if returned products are not in resalable condition due to man-made damage, missing accessories or dirt.
